BUFF is an ADHD routine app designed specifically for kids and teens, aimed at helping them master daily routines through research-backed executive function strategies. The app is inspired by the personal experiences of its founder, Adi Elgart German, who sought to transform her role from being the 'task police' to a supportive coach for her children. By utilizing cognitive coaching principles, BUFF provides tools that empower children to manage their tasks and routines more effectively, fostering a sense of capability and resilience.
